Please join us for our annual WHS Alumni Basketball Scrimmage Saturday, November 25th. Girls at 6:00pm, Boys at 7:00. All former Bulldogs are welcome to participate! We are asking all patrons attending to consider donating laundry detergent and/or personal hygiene products for our Bulldogs Care program.

Door of Distinction: This student is always eager to help others! If a classmate drops their sharpener, he is ready to help clean up, even by hand. He is also a problem solver (asking for tape to make clean up faster).This willingness to serve others is nothing new for him. He has also really stepped up his work with his academics. Three Waverly students at the ESU Honor band today learning great music with an awesome sounding group! Bonus: we got to see WHS Alum Samantha Hughes rockin' a bass drum during the Marching Hornets performance! Concert is at 4 PM in Albert Taylor Hall!
JUNIOR HIGH BASKETBALL UPDATE: Due to a scheduling conflict on Monday, November 20th MdCV is unable to play our game as scheduled. The game has been rescheduled for Monday, November 27th at Waverly.
So far the classes are doing a great job of gathering food for the food drive. There a good amount of competition in the Penny Wars. Mr. Fraenza is currently in 1st place, let's see if he will claim the title or will someone else get a pie in the face. Stay Tuned!
Door of Distinction: This student is one who shows so much kindness to her classmates. She notices her peers and when they may be in need of something. She problem solves and finds a way to help her peers and get them what they may be missing or need. Keep growing that kind heart of yours, Rae Ann!

Door of Distinction: This student has made so much growth in her schoolwork and EARNED some great grades recently. She worked very hard at her monthly ISIP tests and showed growth. She put in the time to practice her lines for the class play and it made a difference in her fluency. Keep growing, Jaselynn!
