📣 Strategic Planning Update

The USD 243 Board of Education would like to thank everyone who participated in our community input sessions for the district’s strategic plan. We had great participation both nights and received valuable feedback from our communities.

This input is an important part of the process as the BOE works to develop a plan that will help guide USD 243 over the next 5–7 years. 📚🏫

➡️ Our next step will be for district administration and teacher leaders to meet and begin focusing on the priorities and next steps that came from these sessions.

📊 Attached is the data from our first community input session. We will share the results from the second night as soon as they become available.
