Summer Food Service Program will take place at WGS or Lebo School Cafeteria from May 22-June 30 (M-F, closed Memorial Day). Meal served from 11a-12p. Open to children ages 1-18 years of age. Food must be eaten in the cafeteria.

Today, we are spotlighting, Mrs. Bathory! Mrs. Bathory went to college at Emporia State. She enjoys spending time relaxing with her kids, reading, being on the beach. Her hometown is Williamsburg, KS. She has worked in education teaching for 13 yrs. with subbing/Para 17 yrs. A fun fact about Mrs. Bathory is that she doesn't think she is fun! We know that isn't true! Mrs. Bathory does hold the girls' pole vaulting record at her High School. #itsagreatdaytobeabulldog

Teacher Spotlight! Chianti Combes teaches 1st grade at WGS. She graduaged from the University of Phoenix-Las Vegas in 2011. She enjoys: reading novels, watching comedy movies, and playing sports with her family. Her hometown is Las Vegas, NV. She has been in education for 11 years. A fun fact about Chaianti is that she loves to dance to music. No matter what song is on, if she hears a beat she will start to tap her toes. She is partial to old-school music.

Today's Teacher Spotlight is Kelly Stice! Kelly is new to WHS as Business Teacher this year. She graduated from Pittsburg State University & Emporia State University. She enjoys her family, athletics, music. Hometown is Waverly. She has been in education for 8.5 years and 1.5 in homeschool. Fun fact, she plays the organ for her church.

Teacher Appreciation Spotlight! Ashley DeGraaf is new Waverly HS this year as 9-12 English teacher and Forensics coach. Ashley graduated from Emporia State University. She enjoys singing, photography, and nature (but she collect hobbies so 3 is tough). Ashley's hometown is Waverly, Kansas! She has taught for 6 years. A fun fact about Ashley is that she worked at Camp Chippewa as a camp counselor for 5 years during college. #itsagreatdaytobeabulldog
