Waverly Summer Band is next week, August 2nd-6th! We have a few students signed up, but would love for more to join us. This is for incoming 5th-12th graders, costs $10, and takes place in the high school band room (come to the northwest door for entry). Students who have already learned an instrument can come to the "Waverly Summer Band" sessions (first one listed in the image below) for a refresh on their instrument to start the year off right! They can stay and join us for a beginning session if they want to try a second instrument, and any incoming 5th graders who want to get a headstart on picking their instrument can come to the beginning sessions to give it a try! We usually have our finale concert on Friday outside, but we'll see what the weather offers us - stay tuned!

Waverly alumnus, Jess Pope, just rode at Cheyenne Frontier Days. He scored 82 which was a third place finish & he is moving on to the semifinals!
