“Surgery in Progress” 3rd Grade students learned all about the distributive property of multiplication at “Array Hospital” with Dr. Distributive last Wednesday. 🩺 They pretended to be surgeons and used manipulatives to break apart arrays and record equations. Learning is fun!
CONGRATULATIONS to Drew Konrade, Susanna Knight and Taegen Kelley who were chosen for the KSU All-Star Marching Band 9/10-11. They'll learn the music, rehearse the halftime show with the KSU Marching Band, sit w/the band during the game vs. Missouri and march the halftime show!

Tuesday April 12 9:50 a.m. the BRO Brass Band of the 1st Infantry Divison Ft. Riley will play a concert in the Lebo big gym. EVERYONE is invited, especially local veterans of all service branches!
Lebo will host Lyon County League Band Festival 3/22. 7-8 LJHS Band & 9-12 LHS Band will rehearse w/LCL Band at 1:00 pm. Students wear school clothes for rehearsal, black slacks/skirts/dresses and white shirts/blouses for 7:00 concert. Everyone is invited to the evening concert.
YOUR Mighty MIGHTY Lebo PEP will be departing from LHS as close to 1:00 pm as possible, headed to support our LHS Girls basketball team in the KSHSAA Badketball tournament!

TODAY is the DAY! It's the Lebo/Waverly Elementary Band Festival! We're rehearsing, meeting new friends, enjoying SNACKS and PIZZA for lunch! CONCERT today is at 2:00 (not 3, that's a change!) and everyone is welcome!
Lebo/Waverly Elementary Band Festival is 2/12, 9:00 registration, 3:00 concert. 5th and 6th grade bands will rehearse with area band students in a casual fun setting. Masks will be worn when not rehearsing. Lunch, snacks and a t shirt are included.
The LHS band has a few Christmas ornaments left for sale, contact Grace Schulze to buy one.
