At Lebo Elementary, our commitment to creating an exceptional learning environment extends beyond the classrooms. We are excited to share some recent developments that are sure to enhance our students' educational experience.
Firstly, I am thrilled to announce that Lebo "Learn and Play" Daycare has successfully secured a grant, allowing them to enhance our outdoor spaces. With a portion of the grant funds, they have added an outdoor classroom to our playground area. This new addition will provide our young learners with a unique opportunity to explore, engage with nature, and further enrich their educational journey.
In addition to the outdoor improvements, we have been busy revitalizing the interior of our school. The hallways are receiving a fresh coat of paint, breathing new life into the corridors and creating an inviting atmosphere for our students. Between the doors of the gymnasium, you will now find the word "WOLVES" proudly displayed in giant letters, reinforcing our school spirit and unity.
As you enter the front of the building, you will notice a vibrant transformation. The front entryway has been thoughtfully painted, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all who step through our doors.
Furthermore, we are committed to enhancing the learning environment while prioritizing the comfort of our students. We are excited to inform you that we are replacing our first Window unit with a Mini split HVAC system. This modern and energy-efficient system not only provides improved air quality but is also significantly quieter, ensuring a peaceful environment where our children can focus and excel academically.
