On Monday, July 20th, Waverly High School student Rachel Stukey was formally awarded the Coffey County Flight Training Scholarship. The Coffey County Flight Training Scholarship is an annual scholarship that is made possible each year by the Coffey County Commission, the Coffey County Airport Board, and Coffey County Economic Development. Rachel will graduate from Waverly High School in May, 2021.
